Cheapest Dell Studio 1555 15.6-Inch Chainlink Black Laptop - Up to 8 Hours 3 Minutes of Battery Life (Windows 7 Home Premium) with Free Shipping, Reviews I've no reason to get in touch with customer service and i never experienced any problems at all with any of my Dell products. I get so baffled when i read all these negative reviews. My Dell items which i've had for years such as a Dell desktop and a lately bought new netbooks have by no means been an issue. The desk top i have is more than 6 years old and I never have any issues. It runs fantastic. It can certainly advantage from an upgrade in some locations.
The Studio line is Dell's midrange laptops. The Inspiron becoming there low finish range for customers that just need a regular laptop. The Dell Studio laptop is completely plastic and it is a bit on the heavy side in my opinion.
I have just gotten this laptop. I got mine on sale in the Microsoft store on-line for an excellent price. Numerous colors to chose from. Also from getting it from Microsoft, they got rid of all the unnecessary programs that had been installed on it from Dell. Very simple easy to set up, because just about everything was done for me. I just had to turn it on, enter my name and information and then go to the Dell web site and transfer the warranty, extremely easy.
This is my second Dell Laptop, my first 1 was terrific, so I thought about obtaining another Inspirion, but I needed some thing a little various so I made the decision on the Studio 1555 and I'm so glad I did. Extremely easy to use, I love the lengthy battery life. I really like the cd player, so much much better than having a tray come out. I love the mouse pad and the wider or longer keyboard on the Studio vs. the Inspirion I had, I read some poor reviews, but I figured I would give the laptop a try, it is under warranty so if I have any issues I know Dell will fix it up for me.
